Malmaison Platinum Coupe Soup Bowl 7.5"

This classic pattern commemorates Malmaison, the home of Napoleon's wife Josephine and one of the finest examples of French Neoclassical architecture and design. Produced in Limoges, France in its world-renowned factory dating from 1924. Five-piece place setting includes dinner plate, salad plate, bread/butter plate, teacup, and saucer.

In 1924, Robert Haviland collaborated with Camille Parlon to form Robert Haviland and C. Parlon. Robert Haviland was from a family with a long history in the porcelain business and was able to maintain the quality that his family was known for. The company produces its fine porcelain in Limoges, a French town well known for this coveted material.
