Eternal Prayer Panel, Limited Edition (50 Pieces), Clear Crystal (Special Order)

In 2017 two new motifs were added to the Eternal collection: Prayer, depicting a heart pierced by a dagger, and Memento, a skull reminding us of the fragility of life. Hot-pressed into the mould of the crystal panels, these motifs are emblematic of Damien Hirst’s work.
Each panel has the artist’s signature engraved on the bottom right-hand corner, is numbered and comes complete with a signed edition certificate. The panel can be displayed in a number of ways, for example: mounted on an easel; framed and hung across a wall partition; or inset into a wall.

Trained as a jeweler at the Ecole des Arts Decoratifs in Paris in the late 1880's, Rene Lalique gained recognition as an independent designer for some of the era's great jewelry houses including Cartier and Boucheron. Eventually, he turned to glassmaking, and his techniques were a triumph for the Art Deco movement. Every piece of Lalique is finely detailed and produced by hand in Alsace, France.
