Butterfly Dessert Plate, Golden Teardrop Border 8.5"

This versatile pattern with its delicate teardrop border was inspired by Chi’ing Dynasty (1644-1911) porcelain from China. Highlighted by bands of 22k gold, this elegant design offers both the feel of elaborate decorative detail while also being perceived as a solid design. It coordinates beautifully with other services.

A favorite with brides, Mottahedeh specializes in luxurious patterns and unique, elegant shapes that are reproduced from china found in museums and historical societies. The patterns feature complex and vibrant colors, and hand-painted gold decoration. The pieces are surprisingly fresh and timely, and look wonderful in both contemporary and traditional dining rooms.
