We took Celeste, our best-selling percale for more than 20 years, and finished it with mini-flanges, giving it a more modern sensibility. The sleek tailoring, along with the so-supple drape and smooth hand Celeste is known for, transforms it into a new classic.

Established in 1891, Sferra began in Italy as a purveyor of fine Italian lace to the discerning clientele who frequented the grand seaside resorts in the East Coast of the United States. Later, the company expanded to include damasks from Ireland, French Alencon lace, and embroideries from Belgium and Switzerland. Care Instructions: Machine wash warm water on gentle cycle. Do not use bleach (bleaching may weaken fabric and cause yellowing). Do not use fabric softener. Wash dark colors separately. Tumble dry on low heat. Remove while still damp. Steam iron on "cotton" setting.
